Optimatch® Textiles performs initial match predictions, optimizes
these match predictions and ranks them based on cost and/or quality.
- Optimatch Textiles saves sample preparation time and costs with on-screen color. You can
detect relative color differences between a standard and predicted match or correction.
- The color palette feature simplifies color selection. You can group dyes by color, dye
affinity or other user selectable parameters.
- Automatic and manual batch corrections to your initial formulation allow you to improve
the match. Additionally, Optimatch Textiles allows you to compensate for overdyeing with a
hue correction feature.
- You save time with the extensive shade library. It provides quick retrieval of existing
formulations so there's no need to reformulate with each new shade.
Typical solutions to color formulation challenges include:
Color-Eye® 7000A or Color-Eye 3100
and Optimatch Textiles help you quickly achieve accurate and cost-effective matches. Both
instruments offer variable aperture sizes, so you can measure from 25mm large areas to 3mm
small areas (for textile printing applications). Plus, when working with the effects of
optical brighteners and fluorescent whitening agents, you can easily set the UV component
to a level equal to that found in natural daylight. This means that the system sees the
color the same way you do in daylight and in stores with windows.
The Color-Eye 2180 and Optimatch Textiles offers an economical
color formulation solution. The Color-Eye 2180 is a compact, benchtop spectrophotometer
that provides the color measurement accuracy you've come to expect from GretagMacbeth. |
