These two sphere-based spectrophotometers set new price/performance standards for entry-level systems. These affordable instruments provide excellent measurement accuracy and agreement with GretagMacbeth's Color-Eye 7000A, the premier reference instrument in the industry. This allows users to build upon existing systems they may already own or create networks of systems that include formulation laboratories and QC departments at other locations. For the new user, compatibility with suppliers and vendors using Color-Eye 7000A sphere-based instruments is a given.
